If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return the item from the delivery completion date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Requesting a Return:
- Have the receipt together with your proof of payment ready.
- Email your return request along with a description of why you wish to return the product as well as pictures of the item you wish to return.
- Make sure you have the receipt and proof of payment attached.
- Our team will assess the return requests and if the claim is valid, we will arrange replacement of the product, or provide you with a store credit.
